Rejoice-Tuesday Truth

"And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger." -Luke 2:12 ESV


Almighty God cam to this earth and chose to be born in a manger (an animal's feeding trough) probably in a cave or stable. What humility! Through this God shows that He came for all people regardless of social status. He is the Savior of the world!

When the water in a teapot is ready you hear the whistle. The steam has built up, shoots out of the spout and makes a noise. Our praise should be the same way. When we think about Jesus dying for our sins and all that God has done for us, something should be stirred up in us and cause praise to burst from our mouths!

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." -Matt. 28:19-20 ESV

Lord You died on the cross for the sins of the world. Someone in my sphere of influence needs to hear this truth. Lead me to spread the good news of salvation in Christ. AMEN
