Dead to Sin-Wednesday Word
"So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus." -Romans 6:11 ESV
How do you see yourself? If you are in Christ God looks at you and He sees Jesus. Christians have been died to their old selves and have risen to new life just as Jesus died and was resurrected. In Christ you are God's beloved child. Let that sink in.

In Christ you have new life. Old habits and sinful lifestyles do not define you. God defines you and He sees you as His beloved child.

Go-Friday Freedom
"Now the Lord said to Abram, 'Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.'" -Genesis 12:1-3 ESV
Help me to follow You Lord. I know that Your will is always best, but sometimes fear and doubt cloud my ability to trust You. Remind me, Holy Spirit, that Your will is always the best option. Increase my faith Jesus

God wanted to bless Abraham and the entire world through Him. Ultimately this was done through the creation of the nation of Israel and the eventual birth of Jesus; bringing salvation to the world. The Way-Wednesday Word
"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." -John 14:6 ESV
Jesus says that He is The Way, not a way. Jesus is not one of many ways to salvation. Jesus is the Only Way! The only way to get to God and experience your best life possible (in this life and in eternity) is salvation through Jesus Christ. We must remember this in our own lives and in sharing the Gospel with others.

God's Love-Wednesday Word
"For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him." -John 3:17 ESV
Too often our sin drives us away from God. Why? Because we feel guilty. But Jesus reminds us here that He came to save us, not to condemn us! Don't let your sin push you away from The Lord. Run to Jesus and let Him push away your sin!
