A simple concept with deep implications. Someone may read a
verse such as this and think that it is common sense. But the way many people
are living, even many Christians, tells us that it is not. Think about how much
smoother most people’s lives would be if they just lived by this principle.
When we live right and according to God’s standards, He leads us and takes care
of us. When we veer off on our own paths; we are bound for destruction.
There is only
one way to have clear direction in life. And that is following the
Lord Jesus Christ. Living a life a life that is pleasing to Lord will always
yield good things for you. Because God is pleased with your life He will
continue to lead you. Why? Because you want to go where Christ wants you to go.
Have you ever been in an unfamiliar room and the lights were off? Most likely
you stumbled over something. Don’t stumble through life. Walk in the Spirit.
Live righteously and enjoy the direction of God Almighty.
