He speaks, and the sound of
His voice,
Is so sweet the
birds hush their singing,
And the melody that
He gave to me
Within my heart is
ringing.
And He walks with me, and He talks with me,
And He tells me I
am His own;
And the joy we
share as we tarry there,
None other has ever
known.
A renewed mind brings about several things in a Christian’s
life. One of the most important of these is peace. The Bible tells us that if
we just pray and give all of our concerns over to God, then He will give us
peace beyond all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). When Christ reigns in your
mind you can go to your own ‘garden’ anytime in any place. Experience a joy that is unique to just you and Christ.
