God has given us the
ability to have a new way of thinking. When we walk in newness of life we have the ability to have our minds renewed.
Our entire outlook on life is based on our minds. What we like, who bothers us,
our fears, joys, habits, and addictions. The beauty of accepting Christ is a
renewed mind; thinking from God’s perspective.
Many Christians do not reach their full potential in Christ because
of the way they think. We try to change our actions with our same sinful
mindset. This is a frustrating recipe for failure. Christ, however, can give
you victory in your thought life and therefore victory in your whole life. Pray
and ask God to renew your mind. Then have joy.
