Most adults
can say they have experienced love in some form. Love from their spouse, family
member, friend or child. Think of all the things that encompass that love –
patience, understanding, kindness, and the list goes on and on. What about someone
who you have tried to love? That sibling or parent that you just keep
disagreeing with. How does love look towards them?
The Bible
tells us that “above all love each other deeply”, meaning that in all that we
do, do it in love. Serve in love, communicate in love and most important
forgive with a loving heart. God forgives and renews us with His grace daily.
After all, “we love because He first loved us” (1 John 4:19).
