“that at the name of
Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of
those under the earth" ~Philippians 2:10 NKJV
Do you understand just how high and exalted Jesus is? Along
with the heavenly beings all creation will have to bow and recognize Christ as
Lord. Everyone on earth (this is the fifth step) and everything under the earth
(this is the sixth step). Everyone will not be saved, but everyone will one day
have to acknowledge Christ’s Lordship.
Even Christ’s enemies, things under the earth, must recognize
Him one day. In this life sometimes we get enemies. We come across those who
want to see us fail. But when God is in our lives He exalts us and gives us
godly success. Even our enemies must recognize what God has done. The God that
we serve is so awesome! Do
you treat Him as your Lord now?
